Słodowiec station — what to know

Słodowiec station — Warsaw Metro

Słodowiec opened on 23 April 2008, six months ahead of the three remaining Bielany stations, and served as the temporary northern terminus of line M1 in the meantime. It is shallow, around 7.3 metres down, and has two platforms — unusual on this line and a leftover from plans to turn trains here. It stands on Słowackiego street where the tram routes from Żoliborz up to Bielany cross, which makes it a convenient tram-to-metro transfer point.

We do not list the number or location of individual exits: Metro Warszawskie does not publish them in a consistent form, and guessing would be unfair to anyone planning a journey in advance.
